Harvested by the Arniston, Struisbaai, and Buffeljagsbaai small-scale fishing communities, Carpenter (Silver) is a delicate, flavour-rich fish. Previously undervalued, this fish is now a sought-after staple in the kitchens of top chefs of the Cape.

This fillet product is individually blast frozen for your convenience, the fish is processed as quickly as possible so that you get the same premium quality as the day it was caught.

Quick ‘n Easy top tip: For an easy mid-week supper, lay Carpenter (Silver) Fillets over torn swiss chard and chopped sugar snaps on an oven tray. Drizzle with olive oil and a squeeze of lemon juice. Season and bake in a 180℃ oven for 8-10 minutes until the fish flakes. Serve with baby potatoes or rice.
