Description
The Kassiesbaai Kitchen is a women’s collective from Arniston, who produce a range of traditional coastal pantry products. These products evoke nostalgia of the rich coastal culture that defines this historical fishing village. These preserved lemons are made with Oryx Kalahari salt and lemons are grown on The Drift Farm, makers of Bruce Jack wines in the Napier district of Cape Agulhas.
Preserved lemons are a perfect condiment to add that salty umami punch of flavour to any dish!
Serving tip: Finely chop or crush a small piece into dressings, marinades, stir fries or stews.
