Quick ‘n Easy top tip: For an easy mid-week supper, lay Carpenter Fillets over torn swiss chard and chopped sugar snaps on an oven tray. Drizzle with olive oil and a squeeze of lemon juice. Season and bake in a 180 degree oven for 8-10 minutes until the fish flakes. Serve with baby potatoes or rice.
