WHERE DO YOU DELIVER, AND HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?2023-11-16T14:51:26+02:00

We deliver to all Main Centres within South Africa, as well as the Cape Winelands, Hermanus, Stanford and the West Coast.

DELIVERY DISPATCH SCHEDULE:

Greater Cape Town area, Cape Winelands, and the West Coast: Delivered in 1-3 days from order confirmation.

Hermanus and Stanford: Orders dispatched once a week (day varies). Delivered in 2-5 days from order confirmation.

All Other Main Centres (JHB, PTA, DBN, BLOEM, GQEBERHA and EAST LONDON): Orders dispatched once a week on Mondays. Delivered in 3-4 days from dispatch.

HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST?2023-11-16T14:48:05+02:00

Cape Town metropole, Cape Winelands, Hermanus, Stanford and the West Coast: from R52-R98 per order depending on your location.

All other Main Centres – Johannesburg, Pretoria, Bloemfontein, Durban, East London and Gqeberha: R250.

We’ve been working hard to find a packaging solution that is all natural and home compostable and we’re thrilled to announce we’ve found a supplier from the UK who we are working with!

WILL MY FISH ORDER BE KEPT COLD AND HOW SOON MUST I CONSUME IT?2023-11-16T14:41:09+02:00

For Cape Town area deliveries: all orders are delivered by hand by ABALOBI drivers via our own cold trucks.

Deli packs of fish will arrive still frozen so you may pop them straight into your freezer at home, or defrost, refrigerate and consume within 2 days.

For other Main Centre deliveries: Our couriers know that we are shipping perishable Fish to you and send it out for delivery as soon as it arrives at their depot. We add special packaging and ice packs to all deliveries to ensure that it is kept colder for longer.

Deli packs of fish will arrive partially de-frozen so do not re-freeze; you may pop them straight into your fridge at home and consume within 2 days.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PARCEL IS DELIVERED DAMAGED OR WITH THE INCORRECT PRODUCTS?2023-11-16T14:37:15+02:00

If your parcel is very wet or damaged upon arrival, or shows signs of having been tampered with, you should sign for it as ‘Arrived Damaged’ and please contact us immediately with photos if possible if this happens. Similarly if you find we have delivered the incorrect products (silly us!), please send us a photo and we will arrange an exchange as fast as possible.
